Osprey Drone Training is a CAA approved NQE (National Qualified Entity) providing drone training for pilots wishing to gain their PFCO (Permission for commercial Operations).

The training centre is based at the former Royal Navy Air station or HMS Osprey in Portland, Dorset.
Being in an aviation environment, students can get up close to the only Sea King aircraft, currently flying in the UK, giving a good perspective to student pilots.

Osprey Drone trainings facilities boast a purpose built helicopter runway and helipad, which is used for flight-testing during the course.

Osprey Drone Trainings site is home to Heli Operations, who are training German Navy Pilots on their SeaKing Aircraft. The two sea king aircraft are name Damian and Dara.
